All Red Errrything

So I decided to wear my KD III ALl Star editions today and a customer commented on them.

He was an elderly man and he says "when did it become cool to wear all red shoes?" This got me thinking, besides Ronald McDonald, who else made rocking red kicks cool. And then it hit me, Scottie Pippen made it cool to rock red kicks during the 1994 NBA ALL Star game. So today I say thank you Scottie for going out of your way to make a fashion statement!

Motorcycle Accident in Front of Shop

Being located on a prominent street like Broadway, we see many crazy things. Today we witnessed a motorcycle accident in front of the shop. One of our customers was out there and rendered aid until the paramedics arrived, we called EMS and took pics. Luckily the guy was wearing a helmet, to bad he didn't have anything to protect his arms. All I could think is "Damn I know that concrete is HOT!" our prayers go out to this guy, hope he recovers.

Growing Up...

Who remembers being asked: What do you want to be when you grow up? I did not become anything that I thought I would be, instead my passion took control. There are many professions that will pay a six figure salary, but there is nothing like doing what you love. I am proud that I am minion at one of the best Sneaker Shops in the country, and this goes out to the individual I looked up to that made the profession of a shoe sales person legit.
